At Manoir Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Manoir Group account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Print Return Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Prepare Your Shipment

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the authorization slip is visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
